Our Support includes:
- Menu planning
- Floor plans that include equipment specifications (electrical and plumbing)
- Providing a list of product suppliers (mix, cups, cones, etc.)
- Placing your first product order
- Point of Sales material
- Every Taylor freezer we sell includes in-store training on cleaning procedures as well as product presentation and sizing.
Our service continues after the sale with:
- Factory trained and certified technicians
- SPM – (Service Performance Measurement) a factory-monitored system that tracks your service call from inception to completion
- Fully stocked service trucks
- GPS – (Global Positioning System) for fast, accurate dispatching of service vehicles
- Telephone support for troubleshooting (20% of all service calls can be handled over the phone)
