After leaving nursing, she transitioned into the business world and has spent the past 21 years working in sales and office management, where she has become an integral part of the company's daily operations and continued success.

In her role as Vice President, Kim supports the company's leadership, sales efforts, administrative functions, and customer service initiatives. Andrew is an experienced Service Manager and Dispatcher at Taylor Freezer of Connecticut, bringing over 17 years of industry experience to his role. With extensive knowledge of service operations, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and customer support, Andrew helps ensure that service needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

His experience and commitment to customer service make him a valuable part of the Taylor Freezer of Connecticut team, where he works closely with technicians, customers, and internal staff to coordinate service and keep operations running smoothly.

Kyle Wasilewski brings nearly two decades of operations and technical experience to his role at Taylor Freezer of Connecticut. Before joining Taylor, Kyle spent 18 years with Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin as an aircraft electrician who worked with manufacturing, quality, continuous improvement, engineering, and design.

Today, Kyle works with restaurants, bars, country clubs, convenience stores and other foodservice operators throughout Connecticut. He helps customers identify equipment that can improve consistency, reduce labor and create profitable new menu opportunities—from two-sided grills and shake equipment to soft serve and frozen beverage machines.

A Bethany resident, Kyle is actively involved in the local business community as a member of the Bethany Economic Development Commission and the Board of Directors of the Amity Chamber of Commerce. He takes a practical, relationship-first approach to sales and enjoys helping Connecticut businesses find solutions that genuinely fit their operation.
